I fell in love with Karen’s primrose bracelet when searching for a special present for my cousin’s birthday, but it was out of stock… I emailed Karen and she couldn’t have been more helpful - she said that she was able to make the bangle in the very tight timescales and get it to where I needed it to be by the date I needed it… exceptional service. It arrived the day before and my cousin absolutely loved it… a very special reminder of a special birthday weekend with family - a primrose for a February birthday! Having been a customer for many years, I have purchased from many of the ranges, in addition to one-offs. When I inherited my mother's engagement and wedding rings, there was only one person I thought of to remodel them into a special piece of jewellery for my granddaughter. As usual, the craftsmanship was terrific and the design was very appropriate so as to be suitable for all the age ranges my granddaughter will go through. Karen is always my first port of call for any jewellery requirements.
Beautiful pieces with outstanding workmanship, certainly ones to show off. Karen is also very helpful with special requests. Very happy with the purchase.
